My Rewards came from the position of running the largest multi-retailer loyalty program in the country to develop a product for the SME merchants.
My Rewards set itself the goal to help small and medium sized merchants to compete successfully with big franchises and chains by enabling them to run their own loyalty and reward programs. Most available solutions on the market were tailored to the requirements of big organizations and were therefore out of reach for smaller businesses: the offered solutions were too expensive as they required significant upfront investments and too complex to easily integrate.

The resulting solution is feature rich but requires no upfront investment from merchants. The payment capabilities of Paynetics enabled further enrichment of the product with targeted and configurable cashback programs, for both individual merchants and for coalition of merchants.

My Rewards was one of the first loyalty application on the Clover and Poynt markets. It has reached over 2000 merchants and has intermediated over 5 million transactions. It has run over 7,000 marketing campaigns with over 8 million SMSs sent.
The solution by My Rewards now gives merchants an average growth in sales of 10% and an average 15% increase in ticket size.
