Senior Product Manager – Wallets and Embeddable Components

What you will be doing

Your main objectives would be to Identify new market niches for your assigned product and own the end-to-end product life cycle, from idea to go live, results account and contious improvement iterations.
Have an excellent understanding of our business objectives, market dynamics, competitive landscape, product KPIs, and clinets’ needs.

  • Work with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure that each product initiative is:
    • Viable: by implementing them, we will hit the required business objectives and will be adopted by the market
    • Feasible: we have the technical capabilities to build them, they are compliant and financially positive, and we can operate them without producing significant head-over
  • Define the business requirements for new features and align them with the stakeholders.
  • Work closely with business analysts and assist them in developing detailed functional specifications.
  • Support the commercial departments in pitching the acquiring and embedded finance product and learn firsthand the needs of existing and potential new clients
  • Run internal training on your product and new features.
  • Ensure that the new features hit the ground running: align pricing with Finance and Sales, develop “how to” guides, work with marketing on PR, advertisement and sales enablement materials, and ensure operational teams are well trained.
  • Manage the relationships (including the contracts, networking etc.) with external providers. Keep up-to-date knowledge on the provider’s roadmaps and how we can adopt their new features to accomplish our business objectives.
  • Discover and validate new features and products to accomplish the business objectives.
  • Keep the roadmap up to date, prioritise initiatives, and update stakeholders on the status of the product initiatives. Make the most of the development resource available.

What you will need

  • 5+ experience in a dynamic Product Management role
  • Proven experience overseeing all elements of the Product development lifecycle
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation skills
  • Good technical skills and understanding of SDKs, software libraries and APIs
  • Customer-centric thinking
  • Get stuff done mentality
  • Excellent prioritisation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience in the payment industry

Nice to haves

  • Good understanding of embedded finance
  • Experience with card issuing and acquiring
  • Understanding of the financial regulations
