Risk & Monitoring Intern

We have launched the first mobile payment app in Bulgaria, the first utilities payment app in the UK, one
of the fist automated loyalty solutions in the US and a game changing payment acceptance solution with
patent pending.

We are looking for a motivated Risk & Monitoring Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for a
proactive individual eager to gain hands-on experience in merchant and customers transaction
monitoring, portfolio review and reporting.

• Prepare daily, weekly and / or monthly reports, according to the predefined internal requirements along
  with ad-hoc requests from the management
• Work with internal company software to monitor the performance of merchants and customers
• Perform regular merchant screening of websites and test transactions
• Handle daily inquiries coming from banks, partners and merchants and related to risk and monitoring
  activities
• Support with the maintenance of internal policies and procedures

• Ambitions to grow in the online payments field
• A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic, persistence, and eagerness to learn
• At least 3rd or 4th year student in the field of Economics, Finance or related field
• Good command of both written and verbal English
• Good PC literacy – MS Office, Outlook, Internet
• Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details, problem-solving capabilities and ability to work collaboratively in a team
  environment
