We are expanding and are looking for an experienced, responsible, and motivated professional for the position Reconciliation Specialist.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare monthly commission files
- Financial reconciliations to our acquiring partners
- Participate in process automations
- Prepare internal reporting and controls
- Assist with daily operations
- Cashflow and treasury support
- Executing the day-to-day operations
- Ad-hoc reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least 3 years of financial or accounting experience
- Understanding of payment and fintech industry is a strong advantage
- Advanced Excel and modelling skills
- Experience with Excel Queries, SQL and Power BI is strong advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to break down problems into meaningful parts and come to rational and well-thought-out conclusions
- Interested in process improvement
- Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable to quick changes in direction
- Minimum B2 level of English.
