Due to our growing product portfolio, target markets and extended operations, we seek a motivated and talented

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in requirements gathering and create specifications for features and functionalities
  • Apply financial industry knowledge and work with stakeholders to improve products and processes
  • Gather feedback/needs/suggestions from internal and external users to develop relevant business use cases
  • Communicate needs to Development team through user stories and detailed specifications
  • Provide first-line product support for internal and external customers
  • Participate in product/features prioritization and ensure the timely delivery, by designing roadmaps, project plans and monitoring the projects status
  • Manage internal product documentation utilized by various departments for product knowledge

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience as business analyst, product development specialist, product owner or similar
  • Knowledge and experience in the payments industry
  • Self-starter that is capable of tackling complex/loosely defined problems and structuring a well-organized and actionable solution
  • Results focused with a strong sense of initiative and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WILL BE CONSIDERED AN ADVANTAGE:

  • A solid understanding of software development principles
  • Prior experience in Agile/Scrum like product management with a strong technical expertise
  • Demonstrate a basic knowledge of key operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management
  • Previous experience in leading projects
