We seek a motivated and accomplished professional to join our entrepreneurial, innovative and ambitious team as Lead Operations.

What you’ll do

  • Implement and maintain reliable and secure systems for servicing the operational activities in the company
  • Automate and optimize the operational activities and processes in the company
  • Implement smooth and secure processes for servicing the operational activities
  • Ensure smooth and continuous flow of data and processes, data processing tools for analysis and decision-making systems
  • Propose changes in the processes and systems for automating the activities
  • Maintain registers related to company internal rules or required by the regulators
  • Directly perform activities related to providing payment services
  • Ensure smooth daily communication with clients
  • Control the information systems functioning
  • Ensure and control the preservation of the commercial and company secret

Who you are

  • University degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a payment institution (card processing)
  • Previous experience managing processes in a back office position
  • Knowledge of the modern payment systems current trends and models
  • Knowledge of card schemes’ rules & lending regulations
  • Deep knowledge in the area of information technologies
  • Good understanding of advanced Internet technologies, online presence and virtual identity
  • Legal background is considered an advantage
  • Responsibility and good decision-making skills
  • Analytical and complex thinking
  • Structured and methodical approach
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Team player
  • Loyalty
  • PC literacy: databases, MS SQL, MS Office, Internet
  • Fluent English – written and spoken
