As our business is evolving, our IT infrastructure is evolving to support it. We’re looking for a highly
skilled and experienced Infrastructure Architect to join our team and drive the IT Infrastructure
evolution.
Position overview:
As an Infrastructure Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our
IT infrastructure’s way forward. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, spanning R&D,
Operations and Business to ensure the robustness, scalability, and security of our systems.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with IT infrastructures of financial and regulated
institutions, information security and assets management on scale. Technologies include Active
Directory, AWS, Azure, SSO, VPN, databases and data warehouse, Microsoft and Apple devices and PCI
environments. You will also be responsible for DORA compliance, establishing and administering
processes and managing suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s IT Infrastructure strategy, aligned with the business goals and objectives, DORA, disaster recovery and business continuity.
- Manage and maintain the Infrastructure Security and Access Control, including efficient and
secure directory services and SSO. - Implement and oversee the company’s IT Assets Management.
- Manage the IT Infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and optimizing resource
allocation. - Architect and manage the IT high availability, business continuity and scalability across the
offices, VPN and the cloud environments in AWS and Azure. - Architect and Oversee Monitoring and Incident Management for the IT Infrastructure and the
databases. - Ensure PCI compliance for environments that handle payment card information.
- Implement and manage SSO solutions to streamline user authentication and access
management. - Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the organization’s data and
infrastructure. Identify and mitigate IT-related risks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the company, including R&D, Operations and
Business to address infrastructure needs and challenges. - Lead and Mentor the IT Infrastructure team and manage Suppliers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our
infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Architect or similar role in a FinTech or highly regulated
environment. - Strong knowledge of Active Directory, device and assets management, AWS, and Azure.
- Experience with VPN solutions and office network design and management.
- In-depth understanding of PCI compliance requirements.
- Experience with SSO implementation and management.
- Strong understanding of security best practices and frameworks.
- Familiarity with DORA and its requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
