HR Specialist

We have launched the first mobile payment app in Bulgaria, the first utilities payment app in the UK, one of the fist automated loyalty solutions in the US and a game changing payment acceptance solution with patent pending.

We are looking for a highly motivated HR Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks which support the employee lifecycle and all functions of the HR department.

What you’ll do

• Be important part of the new Employees’ journey – take care about all documents preparation, administer benefits and leaves
• Manage all payroll relevant documentation (annexes, contracts registration and terminations, time schedules, bonus letters etc.) to the external payroll provider, and employees’ files
• Responsible for the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including planning and executing new employee orientation events.
• Support recruitment end- to-end process
• Organise and document training, continuing education, and work assessments.

What we expect you to bring

• At least 2 years of a previous working experience as a HR Specialist or similar role
• University degree – Human Resources Management, Economics, Business administration or related
• Good understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience with HR Software
• Digital mindset
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Fluent English – written and spoken.
