Designer

Paynetics is a leading fintech company, founder of the Bulgarian Fintech Association. Grounded in financial services, with offices in Bulgaria and the UK, we have built a team of passionate and enthusiastic professionals, on a mission to change the world of payments. We have launched the first mobile payment app (Phyre) in Bulgaria, the first utilities payment app (BillButler) in the UK, one of the first automated loyalty solutions in the US and a game changing payment acceptance solution with patent pending (Phos).

We are looking for a motivated, passionate and creative professional to join us in the position of a DESIGNER.

What you will be doing

• Create design solutions (websites, apps, print) based on business requirements
• Design visual concepts using graphic design tools, including design software
• Communicate creative concepts
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to create visuals
• Advocate design solutions by putting them in context of business and user goals
• Constructively critique creative work, offering direction for improving quality and consistency
• Contribute to an overall product vision

Skills we value for this position

• Proven graphic designing experience
• Good knowledge of design and visual principles
• Demonstrated portfolio showing creative and design skills
• Ability to evaluate choices critically, with business needs in mind
• Ability to communicate design choices clearly
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communicator and collaborator
• Highly proficient in English – spoken/written
