Paynetics is a leading fintech company, founder of the Bulgarian Fintech Association. Grounded in payment services, with offices in Bulgaria and the UK, we have built a team of passionate and enthusiastic professionals, on a mission to change the world of payments.

We have launched the first mobile payment app in Bulgaria, the first utilities payment app in the UK, one of the fist automated loyalty solutions in the US and a game changing payment acceptance solution with patent pending.

As our partner base grows, we are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Account Manager to join our team and elevate the partner’s experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Relationship management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partner stakeholders
  • Own the relationship end-to-end, from good news to tough situations
  • Act as the partner’s advocate within the company and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver fast, effective solutions

Partner Advocacy & Strategic Consultation:

  • Provide tailored guidance on global payment strategies, ensuring partner growth and success
  • Drive partner satisfaction, improve NPS scores, and prevent churn through proactive engagement
  • Serve as a trusted advocate, gathering and communicating partner feedback to influence product development

Portfolio growth:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and deeper engagement to drive business growth
  • Monitor partner account health, ensuring retention through proactive actions

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Legal, Underwriting, Card Operations, Risk, and Finance teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Translate partner needs into actionable internal strategies

What we’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Consulting, or similar in Fintech, Payments, Banking, or Financial Services
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to uncover mutual value
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, and technical skills (comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, etc.)Ability to independently manage time-sensitive projects and prioritize needs
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and spoken English)
  • University degree in Business, Economics, Account Management, or related field
