DevOps Engineer

We have launched the first mobile payment app in Bulgaria, the first utilities payment app in the UK, one of the first automated loyalty solutions in the US and a game changing payment acceptance solution with patent pending.

As the business is growing, we are looking to find a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. Being a key member of our technical team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and systems that support our software development and deployment processes. You will work closely with software engineers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our applications and services.

What you’ll do:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and management processes using CI/CD pipelines and tools like Bitbucket Pipelines, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, Puppet or Chef
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively, ensuring high availability and reliability of our applications using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack and AWS Cloudwatch
• Working in flexible technical environment, combining different technologies at once
• Implement best practices for security, compliance, and data protection across the entire infrastructure stack
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously improving our infrastructure and processes
• Collaborate closely with developer teams, to ensure smooth deployment process of resources

• We are looking for:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of expertise
  • At least 3 years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in a fast-paced environment
  • English language at good level
  • Ability to build logical structured analysis per given factors
  • To be able to process communications and explain technical topics using normal human language, to non-technical people.
  • Team player
  • Quality of asking – to be able to define specific questions in unclear conditions, based on putting a target for investigation.
  • Ability to create structured documentation about specific research results
  • Someone who have passion for technical growth and self-development.
